We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is still full of nature. The staffs were super friendly and they really care for their customers. For example, I actually didn't asked for a king sized bed assuming that we are a couple and would prefer to sleep on a king sized bed. I really appreciate their careful attention. The facilities were great. They had lots of swimming pool to choose from, a big playground for kids to play, reflexology and spa and more. However this resort has a few flaws. One of them was there was no place for us to dry our wet clothes which I think a lot of people need seeing how many people I saw hanging their clothes on the tree branches 😅

It is a beautiful resort with many facilities and amenities that is suitable for families. The place has many activities to offer such as pony ride, petting zoo and many swimming pools to choose from. The gardens are beautifully manicured.

Staff is amazing and accommodating The property is clean, green, and beautiful They offer a pool table and numerous pools The food is good They connected us with a Bromo Tour which was nice.

One word ‘exceptional’, the luxury, the friendly staff, the amazing food and the unique and cozy accommodation! We can’t describe our experience in words, but we said to each other “we’re coming back here with our kids; we know they’re going to loooooove it”. The whole resort is amazing. The view, location, and services are top-notch. Ensure you get the cottages. It's one of the best experiences, and it has amazing views as if you are in Hobbit World.

Nice location, good for taking picture, so beautiful. I book 2 person room and 4 person room, both room was nice and cozy. The bed was so comfy. Staff were nice and polite. Really helpful. Room service the food was also delicious.
